In this hands-on event, we will be canning salsa to enjoy all year round. Tips and techniques from expert canners will make the evening of preserving a zesty fiesta.
Ricotta & Sun-Dried Crostini, Spaghetti Carbonara, Meatballs, Spicy Italian Pork Cutlets, and Zabaglione for dessert. (gf option)
Our menu will begin with a traditional Soupe à l’oignon followed by a Niçoise salad, which is a wonderful meal all on it’s own.
We’ll make a fresh batch of pasta dough along with a tomato sauce, an alfredo sauce before assembling your creations in our Pasta Bar. (gf option)
Thai Quinoa Salad, Coconut Curry with Shrimp, and Ginger Beef will make the unique flavours of Thailand sing!
