The Basic Cuisine program opens the door to the adventures of French cuisine
No matter where you are coming from, what language you speak, your age, gender or your social profile, if you like food you are part of a large community where people understand each other.
This learn-to-cook series is designed to introduce students to the gastronomic culture of France.
The class will focus on simple techniques that are used in French restaurants
In this workshop which can be taught in French and in English, students (Grade Kindergarten, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7) will learn how to prepare and cook Authentic French Crepes. In this hands on workshop the students will measure ingredients and prepare the batter.
