Autocad (Beginner)

Training for engineers and technicians wishing to acquire the basic skills necessary to use autocad technical drawing software, for the realization of industrial and infrastructure projects. 

The main objective of this course is to familiarize you with the use of autocad computer-aided design and drafting software. 

You will develop, with the help of practical exercises, a working methodology allowing you to produce complex 2D drawings in metric or imperial unit systems and according to different representation scales.

Target customers 

• This training is aimed at new users of AutoCAD, engineers, technicians, and technicians, wishing to acquire the basics of the software.

Prior

• Have basic technical drawing skills and minimal knowledge of Windows.

Training content

• Main interface, command entry, object selection and drawing assistance tools
• Drawing initialization parameters and save functions
• Drawing commands: line, arc, circle…
• Editing command: delete, copy, trim, network, adjust…
• Layers and their properties (color, line type, line thickness, etc.)
• Simple and advanced printing and layout
• Creating single, multiline text and multiple leader lines
• Hatching
• Using template
• Quoting
• Using blocks

Certificate

• At the end of the training, you will receive a certificate from the Society for Training and Continuing Education (SOFEDUC) with continuing education units (UEC).
