The MoveMakers Performance Team consists of a group of students who have proven that they are hardworking, driven and passionate dancers and role models for other MoveMakers students. Check out this video to see them in action and hear what keeps them motivated and working toward their goals!
We offer both Beginner and Intermediate dance classes Bachata style for adults. We also host monthly dance socials on Saturday evenings where you can come to show off what you have learned in class and impress your friends. No partner needed! We rotate and make new friends.Â
Bachata for kids (Ages 6 & up) classes are offered by Nieves Latin Dance Studio. All Children are required to wear their uniforms to class.
Spot Dance. Club Latin. Popular at Salsa and Latin Nightclubs, Bachata has a side to side basic movement and a hip motion or foot tap on every fourth count of music. The music is slower than salsa music and faster than Rumba. From the Dominican Republic. Count: 1 2 3 4 (accent on 4)
Learn all the basics to Bachata! This is a beginner level class but open for ALL levels. You will learn basic lead and follow techniques to help you look great on the dance floor.
