Bachata is a very popular dance which originates from the Dominican Republic and traditionally was a dance for lovers. In the 1970s it was deemed so seedy it was unofficially banned from the radio and television airwaves and could only be found in the bars and brothels in the poorest barrios. Thus,
This Bachata class is designed for those who want to improve their leading technic and for followers to connect with their partners. This class will be full of fun and creativity for everyone
This is only available as a 6 week course which starts assuming you know nothing, and helps you to be able to dance basic Bachata confidently on the social dancefloor.
All dance classes are taught in a 4-Week structured & progressive course format. Courses start on the FIRST Wednesday and Thursday of the Month
Bachata class is offered by Salsa Freedom Dance. Salsa Freedom is where dance is celebrated and taught to all. Anyone can become a salsa dancer. All you need is passion, determination and excellent tuition, all of which are provided and inspired by our elite team of dance instructors.
