AIIHM offers Diploma in Hotel Operations (1 Year). The course objective is To train students in technical, managerial, and human relations skills necessary for successful operation of a modern hotel or catering establishment.
The objective of the course is to develop the basic skills of the students who will be working in the hospitality industry in the near future. These skills can be related to food and beverage preparation, food and beverage service, front office operations and accommodation operations.
CIMAMS offers B.Voc. Degree in Catering Technology & Hotel Management. This study program provides students with a solid foundation in theory and current practices of the hotel management industry and prepares them for an all-round career development.
This is a 1.5 year diploma program in Food Production, which includes 24 weeks industrial training in production department only, along with regular academic inputs for the rest of the duration.
The academic programmes of the Department of Tourism Management have been designed as combination of both tourism theory and practices. Apart from the conventional lecture methods it’s a unique blend of experiential learning enhancing the candidates for wholesome development.
