Who does not dream of smelling the sweet smell of fresh bread at home, like at the baker's? Bread making is an ancient tradition that is regaining popularity. 

Making homemade bread in an artisanal way ensures its freshness, its soft texture and its comforting taste.

In the company of our head baker, learn about the different stages of bread making and their processes. This course will allow you to bake a nice variety of breads: multigrain bread, Viennese bread, bagel, baguette, etc.

Getting your hands dirty has never been so fun!
