This class is all hands on deck! At the end of the class, you will have the opportunity to sample the food you helped prepare, and if you bring a food storage container you will have the option to take some home if any is leftover.

MNTC offers hundreds of short-term classes you can complete in 600 hours or less. These classes do not require an application, but some may require prerequisites.
