At Edinburgh New Town Cookery School we offer a range of half- & one-day cooking classes on a wide variety of topics.
At the Edinburgh New Town Cookery School we know how popular baking is and so we have devised this one day baking workshop for people who already have some baking skills but would like to try some more advanced techniques. On this course many skills and types of recipes are covered from using yeast to making delicious cakes, biscuits and colourful macaroons.
The day starts at 9.45am with coffee or tea and a short demonstration of some of the skills you will learn. After a morning cooking you will break for lunch with a glass of wine and continue cooking in the afternoon. The day will draw to a close at approximately 4pm.
