The process involves completing high reps of small range movements. By regularly practising Barre exercises, you can achieve a strong, lean and flexible dancer’s physique!
We’ve been teaching barre fitness classes in Darwin since 2019.

Following on from the Kindy program, Next Steps has been developed to be an inspiring, challenging and fun approach to learning classical ballet.
Ballet is a technical style that focuses on the foundations of ‘dance’. Infinite Dance Studios use both Royal Academy Of Dance (RAD) and Australian Institute of Classical Dance (AICD) to help our students gain strength and technique.
Ballet is a highly technical form of dance with emphasis on body lines, articulate feet and upright posture. It's basics can teach even a beginning dancer strength and grace through codified movements and practiced sequences.
Classical Ballet students from Grade 1 and above must attend 2 Ballet classes per week. Exams are also available to students from 6yrs.
