​Dancers are given the opportunity to dance for Fun and Fitness, To perform or not to perform and compete if they would like to. With classes that cater for ages from 2 Years old upwards.
Barre fitness is a hybrid workout style that combines ballet-inspired movements with elements of dance, yoga, pilates and strength training.
