Kelly Hurlbutt created Excels Dance Academy back in 2006. The group originally met in a small church hall, but since the classes have proved more popular they now take place at Hollymoor Centre. Excels provides a range of different dance classes from ballet to street dancing.
Ballet provides the basic groundwork for all other genres of dance. Training in Ballet improves core strength, posture, co- ordination and discipline among other skills.
Bright Stars- Ballet classes are offered by Rising Stars Academy Of Dance and Theatre. Our school offers a friendly and inclusive atmosphere where children and young adults can develop and expand their knowledge at their own pace.
There is such a graceful elegance to ballet. Though one of the more difficult forms of dance to master; we are here for the beginning of that journey to guide you in your first steps. You are never too young to spread your wings.
The School offers classes from 2.5 years upwards, including adult ballet. Pupils train towards Royal Academy of Dance examinations, and regularly perform presentations, as well as school shows and workshops .
