Students study core placement and posture, extension and line, strength and stretch, and the vocabulary of ballet. Classes offered in beginner, intermediate and advanced levels. Ballet is the “green vegetables” of dance!

Ballet study is a very disciplined art, and requires students to be focused and attentive in the classroom environment. Much detail is placed on the body, as accurate placement is a necessity for this form of dance
Vaganova method is a ballet technique & training system, dancers learn exercises, steps, & combinations. A ballet class consists of several segments, usually: barre, center, adagio, allegro, & reverence, with French terminology.
Ballet technique is the foundation for Jazz and Lyrical styles, thus we highly recommend that all our dancers take ballet.
