We do offer the IDTA Ballet syllabus and focus mostly on younger dancers. We develop the children through the use of Barre work and technical skills training. We develop strength and flexibility, good poise and self-expression.
Through dance and music exploration, all of our Ballet Classes provide enrichment in a child’s physical, social, emotional, language, and cognitive development.
Ballet Course is Offered by Progressive Music,Dance & Art school
Adult ballet is predominantly designed for adults of all ages and abilities. Whether you have absolutely no prior training, or have years of dance experience, we have the perfect class for you. Rekindle your love for dance.
Our ballet programme is based on the Russian (Vaganova) method. All new students are placed in a level that will be challenging but will allow for maximum growth and improvement of the dancer.
