For 2nd Grade and Up, Artistic dance form characterized by grace and precision of movement and an elaborate formal technique. Developing body alignment, posture, working flexibility, strength, and coordinating movement are all stressed at this time.
Tiny Tots I: Our Tiny Tots I class introduces young movers to basic coordination exercises, stretching and flexibility development and music appreciation
This class will focus on proper alignment and technique at the barre. A full class dedicated to barre work will improve your balance, strength, muscle memory, and posture.
Studio J offers Ballet dance classes for students of all ages and abilities the opportunity to express themselves and their faith through the gift of dance. We seek to instill a love of dance, music, community, and the appreciation of the performing arts in our students.
Ballet class is for ages 4-adult, ballet class teaches the student technique through barre exercises, locomotor skills across the dance floor, and center work to aid in the dancer’s development. Ballet is recommended to be part of every student’s dance training.
