Capitol Dance Company has been serving San Jose and the South Bay Area since 1978, educating students two years old to sixty years young in the art of dance. Ballet 1 (Ages 5–7) classes are offered by Nieves Latin Dance Studio. All Children are required to wear their uniform to class
???????1 hour Intermediate Classical Ballet class including barre, center, and across the floor. Emphasis on repetition, building strength and muscle memory. Including more rigorous ballet vocabulary.
Students will be introduced to building the strength, flexibility and control needed to execute beginning ballet technique. Each class will include barre exercises and may include some combinations in center.
