If you've enjoyed coffee in Canada anytime in the last 33 years there is a good chance we've already met. Since 1983 we have been quietly fulfilling our customers' daily coffee requirements as one of the country's leading importers and distributors of coffee and coffee equipment. Whether at home or your favourite cafe, the office, a hotel or on Parliament Hill - there is a good chance Morala has contributed to getting you that cup of coffee.
The last three decades have seen dramatic changes in Canadian coffee culture and we are more excited than ever to be a part of it. We drink a lot of coffee in this country, encouraging changes and improvements that allow us to keep pushing forward and to show the rest of the world what's possible.
With a coffee shop on every corner we wouldn't blame you for thinking that the evolution of coffee in Canada has gone as far as it can go. But at Morala, as far as we're concerned, things are just getting started.
This class will fix that because students will get personalized step by step, repeatable, practical, hands-on barista training from our expert trainers in latte art micro foaming, espresso-making, safe handling and use of the grinder and espresso machine, coffee cupping etc.
