Basic Life Support (BLS) refers to a level of CPR training aimed at those working, or planning to work, in the healthcare field.
Students will be provided with the skills needed to recognize and respond to emergencies for adults, children and infants for one and two rescuers.Â
Basic Life Support is designed to build participant confidence in performing cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) skills in a team environment for professionals with a duty to respond. It is Indented for In-facility care providers, including nursing staff, medical and dental professionals.
It will train you to quickly recognize several life-threatening emergencies, give high-quality chest compressions, deliver appropriate ventilations and provide early use of an AED through simulated clinical scenarios and learning stations.
Basic Life Support training is designed for Health Care Providers such as doctors, nurses, paramedics or those who work in a health care field and require the Health Care Provider CPR-HCP certification.
