A course designed to ensure General Practitioners, Dentists and Nurses maintain their clinical skills in respect of Basic Life Support (BLS), Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR), Automatic External Defibrillation (AED) and the treatment of Anaphylactic reactions that may occur in the healthcare environment.
This course is delivered in a modular approach enabling non-clinical staff to undertake training in the appropriate topics at the same time if required.
This course is delivered in accordance with the UK Resuscitation Council Guideline 2010 and European Resuscitation Council guidelines 2010.

Bespoke
We can also provide bespoke training courses, or can include additional modules such as: OP Airways, Suction, Oxygen Administration, Choking and Vasovagal episodes in addition to the standard syllabus.
Certification
Assessment is ongoing by the instructor, and a certificate will be issued to those who attend the full session and meet the criteria.
Instructors
The course is delivered by instructors who have many years experience of teaching and are practitioners in emergency medical services and in particular the administration of CPR and Defibrillation.
Numbers
A maximum of 12 delegates can be accommodated per instructor. Larger groups can be catered for, but the ratio must not exceed 12 students per instructor.
Location
We are able to deliver this course on your site, reducing your costs in respect of additional time out and travelling.
Age Limit
Delegates must be a minimum of 18 years of age.
