About us - who we are and what we do

Bostock Industrial First Aid was set up in 1984 initially to run first aid training. In 1990 the name was changed to Bostock Health Care, we are now known simply as Bostock.

Initially the company just provided first aid training but very quickly saw that customers needed a one stop shop for supplies and training. This meant that Bostock provided the full "first Aid Service", taking the worry out of complicated Health and Safety first aid legislation. 

Bostock has been registered by the Health and Safety Executive (HSE) since 1984 to provide First Aid at Work training and is able to refresh certificates regardless of where you first trained. The HSE no longer register companies and we are now registered by the First Aid Industry Body (FAIB). Bostock is run by Joanna O’Donovan who is the managing director.

All of our first aid Tutors are regularly appraised and are kept up to date with all recent regulations and changes to first aid guidance. 

Bostock runs timetabled first aid courses in Bedford, Luton, Milton Keynes and Hitchin and runs In-house/on-site first aid courses much further afield.

We sell first aid equipment including first aid kits, first aid dressings, eyewash and disinfectant. If you are usure about the type of equipment that you need for your setting do please get in touch and we can give advice.
