The course will include introductory vocabulary and grammar, as well as an introduction to Deaf culture.
This course will teach both ASL and Deaf culture to help you better understand the communication needs of the Deaf community.
Learn new vocabulary with an emphasis placed on increasing Sign Language fluency in both the receptive and expressive modes of communication.
The course will also provide students the opportunity to develop skills at a basic level in the receptive and expressive use of sign language.
