Bread and Beyond's core activity is making and delivering fresh, nutritious sandwiches to shelters that support people experiencing homelessness in Montreal.
Bring a little sparkle into your world with this delicious solstice inspired Star Bread. Fresh yeast and a variety of sweet fillings will make this uniquely shaped bread the "star" of any table! Roll up your sleeves and dive into this hands on workshop.
Your chef will guide you through tested and perfected recipes, teaching baking techniques, kitchen tips and tricks. Each class will end with participants enjoying their finished goods with café and bar beverages available. All classes include recipes so you can enjoy these at home.
Led by seasoned bakers, this immersive class invites you to uncover the secrets behind crafting the perfect sourdough loaf.
