Chef/owner Bianca Maria of Ciao Pasta Bar returns to the kitchen to coach you in the art of fresh, homemade pasta.
Learn to make 3 different types of fresh pasta; orecchiette, tagl iatel le and raviol i. Watch a sauce demo and take your pasta and sauce home with you to cook and enjoy!
The kitchen seats 10 people and most of our 3-hour adult cooking classes are demonstration style, so you can sit back, relax, learn, sample, and enjoy your wine. On the weekend we offer more hands-on workshops making pasta and more.
