We run a friendly studio in Southampton, for all levels. Total beginners are welcome, you don’t need any strength or flexibility to start- you build this up as you come to lessons.

Teaching you to move around the hoop/pole & execute dynamic acrobatic tricks, strength moves, dance flows & pretty spins
NPD has 4 aerial hoops and our instructor is qualified to teach right the way up to intermediate level. We offer plenty of tricks, combos and conditioning in all of our aerial hoop classes.
Aerial hoop is a super fun art form allowing you to escape the norm and explore some circus dreams! You don’t need any fitness or circus experience at all to take part in our classes.
Aerial Hoop enables you to build strength, get more confident and gain flexibility. New starters are always welcome so if the celebrities on Tumble can do it then so can you!
