Hi and welcome to Twirl n Tone Pole Dance Academy – the unique and fun way to get fit! If you’re looking to lose weight, tone up, increase flexibility, and gain confidence our female friendly classes and parties are just the thing for you.
We have students of all ages, genders and sizes who come to us to learn the art of pole. Our students come from all walks of life.
The beauty is anyone can try it and most get addicted after their first session. Whether you are here to learn a cool new skill, improve flexibility and coordination or want to strap on an 8-inch pair of pole heels and learn the exotic dance aspect of pole, we can make that happen.

Beginner Hoop classes are offered by Urban Aerial Southampton. Our classes have a wide range of fitness benefits including increasing upper body & core strength, increasing flexibility all whilst having fun & meeting new people.
NPD has 4 aerial hoops and our instructor is qualified to teach right the way up to intermediate level. We offer plenty of tricks, combos and conditioning in all of our aerial hoop classes.
Pole Fitness & Aerial classes are offered by Pole Elevation. Here at Pole Elevation we promote body positivity, we focus on what the body can do instead of focusing on what we look like.

Build your strength and stamina with aerial hoop. Beginner classes are a great introduction to aerial arts and starting your own aerial practice. In beginner classes you will build upper body and core strength as well as leg and shoulder flexibility.
