Learn how to make a successful dough mix with the perfect rise on this bakery course that's ideal for beginners. We've chosen a selection of popular savory and sweet crowd-pleasing bakes that you can master and recreate again and again in your own home.


  • Basic white dough:
  • White tin loaf
  • Caramelized onion and blue cheese loaf
  • Enriched dough:
  • Cinnamon rolls with cream cheese frosting
  • Burger buns

Class Size:

  • Maximum 16. There will be a blend of working individually and in pairs to ensure you get the most out of your course with us. Don't worry if you book alone, we'll make sure you have someone to share the workload with.
