This short Bakery Bonanza evening course will introduce you to the art of bakery. You will learn how to follow professional recipes, making delicious products that you can replicate at home to enjoy with friends and family.
The course takes place in a commercial teaching environment, led by a fully trained baker and confectioner, who will provide you with hints and tips on how to get the best from your baking. You will also be able to listen to bakery processes and techniques explained in a relaxed and friendly environment.
This short course will cover a variety of different techniques and skills. No experience is necessary. All abilities welcome. All equipment and ingredients are provided. Best of all you get to take all your products home!
All of the learning is completed through practical sessions using the college’s new kitchen facilities. The classes are led by our own professional baker and delivered in a relaxed setting. There are no assessments or written work and a college certificate will be awarded on completion.
