Parents are welcome to stay and watch or drop-off. We just ask that you stay in the lounge area if you want to stay and watch and let our instructors lead class. All of our youth class instructors are certified USA Boxing coaches, have a background check cleared, and have experience working with children.
Whether your goal is to get fit, learn boxing, improve your skills, or just try something new we've got you covered! We welcome all skills levels. Our team of friendly and experienced trainers will help you to meet your goals.
Through group fitness classes you will develop your cardio, strength, and boxing skills. If you decide you want to learn more or desire a more personalized workout, we offer private training.

We cover all the sparring fundamentals needed for you to put context in your daily boxing workouts. Required attendance to be considered for invite only competitive sparring.

Hiit the Deck is a high-intensity boxing-inspired workout, requiring you to glove up and fight for a better you. Founded in a time of uncertainty, Hiit the Deck provides an outlet for life, an opportunity for growth, and a chance to knock out your mental and physical goals.
