Fernando Solis, owner of Solis Boxing, has over two decades of experience in the sport of boxing. As a former Golden Glove state champion & Northern California regional champion, Coach Fernando has dedicated much of his life to studying and training in the art of boxing, training others to flourish in the sport as well.
Fernando was invited to Colorado Springs, Colorado, to train at the official Olympic training center, where he learned intricate strategies and concepts from some of the best boxing coaches in the United States. Having a multi-sport background, Coach Fernando is well versed in training specific movements for maximum efficiency. He applies numerous athletic philosophies to garnish specific results.
As a fitness specialist, Coach Solis utilizes his educational background and personal experiences to help clients achieve their goals using proper progressions.

Team training starts with a two-week boot camp that meets three times a week, after which the group is split into two teams. Members are expected to continue meeting three times a week for the duration of the program.
