Learn and build the boxing fundamentals by working to develop the proper stance and movement, as well as the basics of offense and defense. This is a great entry-level class as well as a good workout. Expect cardio training, partner drills, and mitt work.
Classes will focus on developing the correct application of techniques of boxing and kickboxing—the jab, cross, hook, roundhouse kicks, etc.
LAKO Boxing offers the best in one-on-one and semi-private boxing, kickboxing, and personal training sessions. We specialize in working with all ages, from kids to senior citizens, in healthy, safe, and fun environments to hone their skills and fitness levels.
Team training starts with a two-week boot camp that meets three times a week, after which the group is split into two teams. Members are expected to continue meeting three times a week for the duration of the program.
