This class focuses on the fundamentals of boxing. All active participants will learn and develop proper punching techniques, footwork, stance/posture, and head movement. These fundamentals will be acquired through boxing specific routines such as pad work, bag work, and agility drills.
Most importantly, teach our teens the importance of developing self-confidence, self-defense, and teamwork. These fundamentals will be acquired through boxing specific routines such as pad work, bag work, and agility drills.
Our boxing classes break down into three different age groups, teaching basic boxing skills and techniques. The class includes cardio calisthenics, shadow boxing, bag drills, and basic self-defense. Participants will focus on performance and technique while building their self-esteem in a fun and safe environment.
Impact Classes
We have integrated our equipment with impact wrap technology to give you motivation that you can measure. See your impact score, average force, strike count, duration, and class rank for every workout at a glance. Our Adult Impact classes offer group instruction with a unique blend of boxing and high-intensity interval training.
Personal Training
Our personal trainers will assess our clients bodily strengths and weaknesses and create customized workout plans. Whether you are coming to the gym to lose weight or for a one-on-one personal boxing session,.
We provide physical and mental guidance and monitor clients progress on a regular basis. We also make sure that our clients do not get injured while training by catering to each individual's personal needs. All of our coaches are USA boxing certified, and many have personal training certificates.

All Ages K.O. classes are our Boxing K.O. classes with the added benefit of parents being able to bring their school-aged children to participate during this time. Children must be over age 7 and be able to keep pace and stay on task during class.
