This course explores leadership and management of the communication team for a brand (be it a product, service, association, organization, or an individual). Students will explore techniques for managing both “down and up.”
Strategic leadership tools will also be explored for overseeing day-today needs as well as long term communication planning across all platforms. Coursework will include needs analysis, conflict anticipation and resolution, partnership management, and strategic brand guidance for a variety of critical audiences, inside and outside of an organization.
