At Whipped, our cooking classes for kids and adults are all about good times, good tastes, and good eating habits. Founded in 2018 by Kim Lynch, the mission isn’t just to teach how to cook delicious meals, but also to teach what types of ingredients to cook with.
Do you enjoy a crunchy crust? How about a soft luxurious crumb? In this class, explore the bread making process, learn about different types of yeast, flour, and methods to incorporate in your most artisanal bread loaves.
Culinarians will rise to the occasion as Baker Katya demonstrates how to produce Italian breads from different regions of Italy; such as Focaccia, Ciabatta, Cornetto, La Ciambella, giant pagnotta, and much more.
Join Chef Rick and Chef Suzanne for an exciting evening of soups, chowder, and bread making. In this class, you will learn how to create seafood chowder, lemon and rice soup, and artichoke velvet chowder. Bread includes a yummy biscuit and basic yeast bread.
In this class Rosalie will dive into the similarities and differences between Western and Asian baking while sharing some of her favorite techniques and recipes.
Join us for an evening of classic Italian bread and dessert. Delicious focaccia is a flat-leavened oven- baked bread that can be a side-dish, a sandwich bread, or could simply be a meal for the bread lover.
