There’s nothing better than the smell and taste of fresh baked bread. Learn how to form basic dough and turn it into multiple shaped and flavoured breads.

We offer a range of classes in international cuisines as well as workshops in a variety of areas including desserts, cakes, pastries, chocolate, bread, salads and healthy eating. We also have masterclasses covering skills and techniques in knife skills and cooking with meats, seafood, poultry and game.

Our classes are designed to help modest home cooks and kitchen whiz’s alike to hone their cooking skills, master some fresh crowd-pleasers and reach their gastronomic potential, all under the guidance of Icon’s highly skilled (and patient) chefs.
