Everyone in the class will create their own party loaf, wholemeal loaf and foccacia as well as the knowledge and confidence to bake up a (bread) storm in the kitchen!
As well as standard white breads we will also look at creating sourdough, brown wholemeal varieties, focaccia and pizza dough. We will look at the traditional method of kneading as well as looking at machines that may make the process a little easier.
This hands on class is run in a relaxing and fun way. Our resident pastry chef will give you some tips, tricks and trade secrets!
