Understand the component and working principles of SCBA, EEBD
Understand the function and handling of SCBA (Self Contained Breathing Apparatus) & EEBD (Emergency Escape Breathing Device) during emergency
Don SCBA / EEBD set according to SOP
Pre-check, use and maintain BA / EEBD set competently

This course deals human performance within complex socio-technical systems, such as power plants or traffic control stations. Students will better appreciate how interacting variables in complex systems affect decision making and work performance.
This course will equip learners with the necessary skills and knowledge required in relevant workplace safety & health issues, interpret, educate, implement and control workplace safety and health management programmes.
Delegates will learn to consider when there can be alternatives to manual handling by planning before acting. Where manual handling in a wind turbine environment is unavoidable, we will teach and demonstrate the correct methods which aim to prevent injury as a result of lifting.
