Founded in 2009, Pioneer Training Centre (PTC) is one of the leading Approved Training Organisations (ATO) accredited by SkillsFuture Singapore SSG, Learning Service Provider (LSP) accredited by Singapore Accreditation Council (SAC), Workplace Safety and Health Council (WSHC), and Approved Training Institute (ATI) by SCDF to meet the stringent training criteria set forth by the relevant authorities.
PTC has developed its training potential and geared up to meet the training needs of the various industries: – Oil & Gas, Construction, Marine & Shipping, Processes & Chemicals, Waste Management and etc.
PTC has a team of dedicated and committed managers who have strong experiences in Workplace Safety & Health Management, and is supported by a strong team of administrative staff as well as a group of qualified and dedicated trainers who possess the relevant skills, knowledge and experience to manage the day-to-day operational functions.

PTC is managed by a team of people with the adequate knowledge and skills in Training, Training Administration & Corporate Services.
The company is headed by a Managing Director, and managed by a Centre Manager with the support of team leads in the Operations, Human Resource, Accounting & Admin, Facilities & Equipment, Sales & Marketing, & Business and Course Development.
TCCW for workers is based on the LTA Code of Practice for Traffic Controller at work zone, and is designed for workers or anyone deployed to carry out roadworks in LTA projects.
Those working as transport drivers transporting hazardous materials and those who are keen to become hazardous material transport drivers
Respond to Fire and Hazmat Emergency is designed to enable a person to function as a member of a Company Emergency Response Team (CERT) in order to meet and respond to fire and Hazmat emergencies.
Breathing Apparatus is the valuable life-saving and necessary equipment for working in hazardous environment and performing rescue operations.Â
