With a menu inspired by Delia Smith I have chosen some of my favorite English "standards" for this celebratory dinner. For those of you who have heard about Yorkshire pudding, you'll have the opportunity to learn how to make it as well as taste it.
A great way to continue ushering in spring – join us for an evening of “tarting”, as Heather shows us how to make a beautiful French Apple and Spring Vegetable Tart. Each participant completes and takes home each of these tarts, perfect for your first outdoor picnic of the year.
Beef Wellington is one of those dishes that seem difficult but is actually quite simple. Our chefs will take the regular Wellington that usual feeds 4-6 people and make it personal and flavorful, ensuring you will get the temperature that you desire.
Contemporary British Gastropub Collection workshop are offered by Red Basket for all ages and skill level. The chef uses the best local, fresh, and seasonal ingredients to prepare deliciously healthy menus to please your well being.
Come experience the exotic North-East and warm up to clam chowder, lobster roll and sirloin steak w creamed spinach. For dessert we will have muffin size Boston- cream pies.
