Stress, and the resulting burnout, have been called the “health epidemic of the 21st century” by the World Health Organization and is estimated to cost American businesses up to $300 billion a year. It impacts every part of your physical, social, and psychological self and can have dramatic effects.

In today’s fast-paced, high-demand world, it’s harder to just stop, breathe, and live in the moment. With the right tools and some simple mindfulness strategies, one has the power to greatly decrease the negative effects of stress and increase personal health, happiness, and well-being.

This workshop will investigate the stages of burnout, how to prevent burnout, and stress management strategies to continue to be a high performer.

Learning Outcomes

  • Recognize “The 12 stages of Burnout”and which ones you’re going through.
  • Describe negative consequences of stress on yourself and others.
  • Practice strategies to prevent burnout and reduce impact of stress.
  • Identify strategies to prevent burnout and achieve more using a simple 6-step solution developed by our own Hamza Khan, “The D.R.A.G.O.N. Method”.
  • Understand the biology of stress
  • Develop strategies for to building greater focus and attention.
  • Identify your specific stress driver (of five) and how to manage it.
