The NQ Administration, Business & Employability course is ideal if you want to develop your knowledge and practical skills relating to the administration and business industry.
Approximately 3.2 million people in the UK are employed in an administrative and secretarial role, mainly based in sectors such as public administration, education, health, finance and professional services.
In addition to learning how to develop, implement, maintain and improve administrative services in their organisation, they will develop key skills and behaviours to support their own progression towards management responsibilities.
This qualification will provide you with the knowledge to work in a business administration role in a range of environments. You will gain knowledge of administrative tasks such as managing information and supporting events.
