Topics include contracts, commercial transactions, fiduciary relationships, business organizations, torts, assignments, sources of law, Canada's court system, the Charter of Rights and Freedoms, professional liability, the Sale of Goods Act, bailment and leasing, agency relationship, sole proprietorships, partnerships and corporations.
