This skill set provides the basic skills, knowledge and understanding on what it is like to start a career in the baking industry. Students will learn sponge cakes, birthday cakes, wedding cakes, puddings, biscuits, macarons, pies, sweet tarts, eclairs, croissants, Danish pastry's and brioche.
A bakers uniform must be purchased including white pants, white polo shirt, bakers skull cap and white apron. Closed non-slip black boots are also required.
