We have been very lucky to host several international cake decorating stars such as Handi from Handi's Cakes as well as Kaysey Lackey from Innovative Sugarworks.
During school holiday periods we run children's cake decorating classes from basic buttercream cupcakes with figurines through to more advanced classes for teenagers. All of our instructors have their blue card in QLD.
