Cake decorating class where you will learn not only the basics of cake decorating but, baking tips and tricks as well. You will be decorating a single layer 8" round cake and taking your edible art home with you!
Learn how to design and shape your own buttercream and frosting cake just like a pro. Classes are approximately 2 hours. You will be working with a 6" round cake and get to take home your creation!
This 4-day class will cover the basics of cake decorating. Learn to split, fill, and frost your cakes. Practice borders, writing, flowers, leaves and more. The first night is a demonstration of what you will learn.
This course covers cake mixing methods, cake preparation fundamentals, assembling and icing, and decorating techniques.
