Experience Singapore's First DIY Bento Cake Decorating Workshop
Suitable for beginners, Cakes Baking Foundation course is to build up your knowledge, skills and technique in making various type of cakes, understanding the theory and ingredients used in cake making process. Modify your own cake recipe instead of relying on recipe.
On completion of this course, participants will learn how to make Ondeh Ondeh cake- Extremely moist, airy, and light pandan cake filled with whipped cream, freshly grated coconut & Gula Melaka.
This course is developed based on WSQ National Competency Standard for the Food and Beverage Operations Industry. On completion of this competency unit, the Learner will have the knowledge, skills and attributes (values) acquired and be able to apply them at various workplaces.
This 3-hour programme aims to equip you with a basic understanding of the art and science of baking and different baking ingredients.
