In this class, Chef AJ will teach students the ABC's of cake decorating. Come learn how to frost a cake with crisp corners and flat surfaces, utilze basic piping techniques, and simple decor including the internet-famous ganache drip.
We are gearing up for the big man with this adorable edible fondant cake class. Each student with work on their own vanilla cake covered in vanilla buttercream, plus have all of the tools needed to work step by step with an instructor. Students will create a falling Santa sliding down the chimney.
Enjoy a fun team bonding event with a decorating bar. We will supply our freshly prepared cookies or cupcakes, buttercream frosting, and decor, and let the fun begin. A BBx3 team member can be added to join the fun as well as bring some coaching and expertise into the mix.
