A small list of equipment will be sent when you register. This will include bowls, tea towels and any cake decorating equipment you already own. If you don't own any equipment, there will be equipment available to use during the classes and Tim will provide advice on what to buy if you plan to continue.
On the last night, Tim will invite you to bring a cake to decorate with the skills you have learned.
Selwyn Community Education is a community education centre based at Selwyn College, Kohimarama, Auckland. Each year we offer a wide range of more than 750 evening and weekend courses, plus some daytime English for Migrants courses.

Learn to pipe a triple layer 15cm chocolate cake in the Horse style, including smoothing, piping and ear detailing Class is approximately 1.5hours
Come along and decorate cupcakes. You will get to ice 4 cupcakes and get to take them home at the end. Class will take around 1 1/2 hours.
