Students will learn how to level and crumb coat their cakes, color frosting, make rosettes, and work with fondant to create an adorable 6-inch horse cake! This class is perfect for beginners.
First we'll make Italian meringue buttercream. Then it’s all about learning and practicing piping skills and frosting basics. Plus all those trendy piping tips! Learn decorating hacks using the offset spatula, bench knife, squeeze bottle and cake comb
