That's it, we're officially launching cake decorating workshops! The workshops are taught by Chloé Migneault-Lecavalier, chef co-owner of Lecavalier Petrone. At the end of the class, you'll leave with your cake (6 to 8 servings) and lots of great memories.
During the class, you'll learn how to:
Make buttercream
Cut and assemble a cake
Working with buttercream
Using different decorating piping tips
Decorating your cake with flowers
First friends and then business partners, Chloé Migneault-Lecavalier and Loïse Desjardins-Petrone are as complicit as they are complementary. In 2015, they launched Lecavalier Petrone, a workshop dedicated to creating chocolates and desserts for corporate orders.
Due to the growing demand, the duo decided to transform their space into a workshop-boutique in order to offer their products directly to their customers. Today, they are proud to have a close-knit, motivated and talented team, encouraged by a loyal clientele.
Our most popular, most requested Cooking in the Kitchen workshop has two nights dedicated to it in 2023.
