It helps you set clear career goals and as well as creating the process and introducing a variety of tools to meet your goals including identifying strengths, building or enhancing your curriculum vitae, cover letters, LinkedIn profiles.

What will I learn?
This career coaching course consist of 6 sessions and will be tailored to your needs and goals.
An example of session layout could be the following:
Session one you will identify your motivation for change, discover your current working life priorities and set clear goals for sessions. You will be introduced to the career coaching model of MAP (mission, attitude and process).
Session two you will begin to create your MAP by identifying your mission, attitude, how your personality fits with your current career or position.
Session three you will identify what satisfies you, what your strengths and values are and how that fits, or does not fit, with your job, career or career aspirations.
Session four you will discover your career drivers and what jobs would suit you or career paths you want to explore. You will design or further develop your personal CV based on your MAP and discoveries in sessions
Session five you will create clear goals for your career with the process mapped out, the tools introduced to work towards your goals and any potentials barriers or obstacles identified.
Session six you will be working towards your career goals, developing your tools and reviewing your progress for continued success for the future. Review of goals set for career coaching and discuss of any further sessions required.
